A r c h i t e c t u r e
The firm's range of professional services comprises of all aspect of architecture, urbanplanning, interiors and graphic design.
Our experience includes design of residential developments, industrial units, office buildings, hotels and resorts.
The office has an extensive and an advanced CADD system. It is applied throughout different work stages; from schematic to design development including rendering and 3 D modelling, up until contract documentation and project administration.
Generally, type of services available are as follows:-
a) Basic Services;
b) Supplementary Services;
c) Additional Services.
Phases for Basic Services
The Basic Services that may be provided by the architectural consultancy practice shall be for any or all of the following phases:
a) Schematic Design Phase;
b) Design Development Phase;
c) Contract Documentation Phase;
d) Contract Implementation and Management Phase;
e) Final Completion Phase.

The Rail Architecure & Engineering Team consist of core team members and associates who posses extensive railway experience. They already have a head start in researching rail design & planning issues and studying the constraints and possible schemes for rail planning, alignment and stations in the rail projects.
The team leverage on international experience and knowledge within its associates. With Monosist’s experience in innovative architecture and best practice in rail planning, the rail team is well placed to carry out rail studies and project implementation successfully.
We found that close dialogue with other railway players and professionals allows us to quickly bounce ideas off each other, allowing us to explore more innovative approaches to complex and challenging station design configuration as well as articulating other rail planning issues, leveraging our understanding of the architectural constraints, appreciating the requirements and limitations of the alignment and rail systems issues, to come up with elegant and functional station and rail planning design solutions.
Given the significant and numerous issues that the rail design & planning raises, we are keen to get involved with the studies & review and leverage their expertise early on in the strategic planning to look at how we can best explore efficiency and functionality out of the various options.
